The time required for the refunded amount to appear may vary depending on the customer's bank, card issuer, payment gateway, or payment provider.
Certain products may be covered by a manufacturer's or brand owner's warranty.
Where applicable, warranty claims will be subject to the respective manufacturer's or brand owner's warranty terms and conditions.
Customers should retain their original invoice or proof of purchase for warranty purposes.
KN Hardware Trading may assist customers with the warranty claim process where reasonably possible, but approval of manufacturer warranty claims remains subject to the relevant manufacturer's or brand owner's assessment.
Customers should contact us and obtain approval before returning any product.
Products returned without prior communication or approval may not be accepted.
Unless the return is due to an eligible damaged, defective, or incorrect product supplied by KN Hardware Trading, return delivery and transportation costs may be borne by the customer.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that returned products are properly packaged to prevent damage during transportation.
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.
Cancellation requests are subject to approval and may not be possible once an order has been processed, packed, dispatched, specially ordered, or prepared according to the customer's requirements.
If an approved cancellation involves transaction fees, delivery charges, special-order costs, or other non-recoverable expenses already incurred, such amounts may be deducted from the refund where permitted by law and disclosed to the customer.
